Answer:

Hey, I got he idea from this recipe - www.choosingraw.com/carrot-falafel-with-tangy-tahini-sauce/
But I adapted it to suit what I had available at the time and used -
2 carrots
1 stick of celery
1 clove of garlic
Half a white onion
About 50g sunflower seeds
Splash of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice

Raw vegan carrot celery and sunflower seed falafel, ‘dehydrated’ in the oven with the door open for just over 2 hours.  They never got more than slightly warm to the touch so that still make them raw right? Even better than the real thing!

So, today is the day I start my raw vegan diet. I’m starting a couple of days earlier than I first said, mainly because I couldn’t wait any longer! 
So this is my first raw vegan grocery shop! (or nearly completely raw - I’ve got some soy milk so I can drink tea) 
It was so different for me to spend my entire trip almost in the fruit and veg section, just pilling up my trolley with greens, but I enjoyed it!
So a run through of my purchases is
Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Melons, Mangoes, Blueberries, Pomello, Lemons, Spinach, Kale, Lettuce, Rocket, Wasabi Leaves, Cucumber, Tomato, Carrots, Peppers, Courgettes, Pine Nuts, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Mixed Nuts, Avocado, Green Tea, Rosehip Tea, Blueberry Blackberry and Acai Berry Tea, Lemon and Ginger Tea, Parsley Plant, Mint Plant, Celery.
That’s probably about it! I hope this is an ok amount to feed one person for a few days, and I won’t waste any of it!
